Corner Creek notched up winner number 6 for the season so far when winning at Southwell on Wednesday, ridden by Tom Scudamore for owner Mark Blandford. This was corner creeks second win at Southwell and hopefully this 8 year old can improve again as this was his first win off the back of a 159 day break. Now we are in October the season is nearly ready to get going properly and like many we are just waiting for the rain, we have three entered at Chepstow this weekend Belmount Jewel and Sheneededtherun on Saturday, with One Touch haveing his first run for us on Sunday. We have plenty of entries for next week so hopefully the ground can soften up and we can have a few more runners.
Northern Beau ran at Worcester on the 28th of September ridden by Tom Scudamore she finshed second again! In 11 runs she has been second 4 times and third 4 times she certainly is consisitant! She didnt jump as well this day and came home with sore shins so she will have a little break now before coming back for some more mares chases, so hopefully her time will come soon.
